By blending creative activities with real-world insight, this program helps students connect what they’re learning in the classroom with potential career paths in the STEAM fields.
Through interactive experiences like Career Days, project-based learning, and a rotating guest speaker series, students meet diverse professionals who share their personal journeys, challenges, and successes. These role models offer valuable perspectives and help students see what’s possible for their own futures.
These experiences do more than inform they ignite curiosity and build a sense of possibility. By giving students early exposure to careers they may have never imagined, DREAM STEAM CAREERS helps them connect their interests with real-world paths and encourages them to see themselves as future innovators, creators, and changemakers. It's not just about dreaming big it's about showing students that their dreams are within reach.
Exploring the Future

STEAM Survivors
STEAM SURVIVORS is a dynamic, story-based program that brings STEAM learning to life through teamwork, creativity, and adventure. Designed around a chaptered narrative, the program follows the journey of the Carver family as they navigate and overcome real-world challenges using science, technology, engineering, the arts, and math. With every new chapter, students are immersed in a compelling storyline that sets the stage for exciting, hands-on activities.
Each part of the story presents a unique challenge that requires students to work together, think critically, and apply STEAM concepts in practical, problem-solving ways. From experimenting with chemical reactions to exploring environmental solutions, every task is carefully crafted to be both fun and educational, pushing students to think outside the box.
But STEAM SURVIVORS is more than just a series of experiments. It's a journey of leadership, teamwork, and personal growth. As students collaborate in teams to "survive" each challenge, they learn to communicate, take initiative, and build confidence in their own ideas. The storytelling element keeps them engaged and builds literacy, while the hands-on activities empower them to see STEAM not just as school subjects, but as tools they can use to solve problems in their world.

Pathway Referrals
Turning Passion into Purpose
Pathway Referrals is designed to help students take the next step in their STEAM journey by connecting them to trusted nonprofit partners who offer advanced learning opportunities, mentorship, and real-world experience. Whether a student discovers a love for coding, engineering, digital art, or architecture through our core programs, we make sure that interest doesn’t stop at the classroom door.
Through this initiative, we refer students to specialized organizations like coding academies, design programs, engineering mentorships, and more where they can deepen their skills, build their portfolios, and connect with professionals in the field. These partnerships extend the impact of our programming and provide students with pathways to continued growth and inspiration.
By aligning students with programs tailored to their passions, Pathway Referrals helps turn early curiosity into long-term confidence. It’s about helping youth not only imagine a future in STEAM but begin to walk that path with real tools, real guidance, and real community support.
