Helping Young People Discover What’s Possible.

Mission
To provide youth from under-resourced communities with STEAM opportunities that spark curiosity and open pathways toward a bright future.
Vision
We envision a future where every young person has the educational resources and opportunities to succeed.

History
Founded by Dorene C. Dominguez in honor of her father, H. Frank Dominguez, the organization is rooted in his belief that education is a pathway to success and that young people flourish when supported by family. His vision continues to shape everything we do.

What We Do
Empowering Youth Through STEAM, Career Discovery, and Family Engagement
At Dominguez Dream, we deliver hands-on learning experiences that help youth from under-resourced communities discover meaningful educational opportunities, especially in STEAM (science, technology, engineering, the arts, and math). Our programs connect learning to real-world careers, help build essential tech and problem-solving skills, and strengthen support networks at home and throughout the community.
We partner with schools, afterschool providers, and nonprofits to offer flexible, engaging STEAM programs year-round.
